Participants are invited to stay at the conference venue hotel Occidental Torremolinos Playa.

We have obtained very competitive prices (varying depending on availability on a first come, firts serve basis):
- single room (breakfast included): 84 eur/night (for not reimbursment if cancelled) or 95 eur/night (if cancellation is alloted)
- double room (breakfast included): 99 eur/night (for not reimbursment if cancelled) or 112 eur/night (if cancellation is allotted)
- triple room (breakfast included):136 eur/night (for not reimbursment if cancelled) or 153 eur/night (if cancellation is allotted)
- family apartment (adults plus kids, up to 6 people): check website.
These prices will be kept during the conference, and for a few days before and after. Please notice that Easter Palm Sunday is March 29, with world-famous Malaga Easter parades starting sunday morning, in case some of you would like to extend your staying taking some holidays to see them (strongly adviced). No need to request half board as lunches will be included in the registration fee.
In any case, extra tickets for accompanying persons for the buffett lunch (26 eur) can be purchased at the hotel.
Information on the tickets for the buffet dinner for accompanying persons will be provided later.
Other possibilities
Accomodation is also possible at other hotels such as Royal Costa in Los Álamos (10 min walking distance, lower rate) or Puente Real (10 min walking distance, lower rate). There few others in Playamar, near Torremolinos (15 min walking distance or more), such as Riu Costa del Sol, Parasol Garden, Sol Príncipe, but we do recommend to stay together at Hotel Occidental Torremolinos Playa.
